Is I COAL YOU also a local store where I could actually see and buy the jewellery?

I COAL YOU is currently an online shop. Our products though can be found in local stores in Katowice, Zabrze, Podzamcze near Ogrodzieniec and Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The complete list can be found here.

Currently these are the only stores that you can buy our coals at.

Can I place my order via phone or personally instead of filling in the form on the website?

In order for us to ensure that all the orders are completed as requested, we kindly ask for them to be placed through the form on our website. This way all the information relating to a particular purchase is saved and allows further amendments or including notes or comments, if needed. It also streamlines the process of completing the order and eliminates potential errors.

What is the standard delivery time?

Standard delivery time of our standing products is usually more or less 6 days (4 business days of the manufacturing process and 2 days delivery). It does happen though that the product is already in stock – then it can be shipped immediately.

Are all the items available in 4 days? What if I need to buy something immediately?

In this instance, please reach out to us before placing an order and completing the payment so that we can confirm if the quick delivery is possible. The estimated time for our product to be ready is usually 3 days.

Do you ship I COAL YOU jewellery abroad? If so, to what countries?

Yes, we do. Our products love to travel around the world. We ship to Europe as well as further. Shipping fare to Europe is 25PLN and 25PLN to USA and other countries.

I wish to change or cancel my purchase. Is it possible and if yes, how do I do it? How much time do I have since placing my order through the form?

The purchase can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours from placing the order via form. We kindly ask for such information to be provided via email as well. Please ensure you quote your order number in the subject line and that the explanation if it is a return or exchange request is also included in the email body.

Can I return the product if I change my mind or when it is faulty

? If yes, how much time do I have to do so? Is the product then altered for another one of similar value or can I ask for a refund?

You can return your order if you change your mind, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and return it within this timeframe. We will then replace the item or refund the cost using via the same payment method the order was originally paid for.

What is a timeframe to refer to complaints?

We refer to customer complaints immediately, no later than 10 business days from its filing. The timeframe may vary depending on the way the complaint is received, i.e. whether the faulty item is returned or only the picture of the defective product are received. We usually ask for the faulty item to be returned as soon as possible so that we can either repair it or exchange.
